to optimize bushing performance
In order to maximize the function of material feature, surface treatment, and also to improve conditions for lubrication and abrasion resistance, Daekeum Geowell’s bushings have diverse shapes of oil grooves as below.
Below groove shapes are applied to all types of bushings we manufacture, and if needed to improve performance, grid groove or lubricant containing groove can be combined together.
These are the standard groove shapes which have various pockets and spiral grooves on inner and outer diameter. We are also capable of manufacturing groove shapes in a smooth and flexible way to secure effective lubrication on the mating part.
